Fujiwara Maiko

Born in Nara Prefecture, currently living in Osaka. Studied under Kawaguchi Kimio.
Graduated from Musashino Art University Graduate School of Art and Design, majoring in oil painting.
Works using a mixture of tempera and oil painting techniques. His paintings are themed on boys and girls with a mission, and are mainly exhibited at Aoki Gallery (Ginza).
Responsible for the main visual illustrations for the film "Ballet for the Blue Whale."
