Alphonse Inoue Memorial Exhibition
Saturday, May 9, 2026 - Sunday, May 24, 2026
We will hold a memorial exhibition in remembrance of Alphonse Inouye, who passed away last year.

This exhibition will feature dozens of his own copperplate etchings, watercolors, and other works that he displayed in his studio for many years, as well as works by domestic and international artists that he cherished and displayed in his home. It is an exhibition that allows you to feel the world as seen by one painter and the breadth of his gaze.
* Currently, all exhibited works will be sold by lottery, with the lottery scheduled for the final day of the exhibition.
* Some of his personal belongings will also be available for transfer.
★ A Gathering to Discuss Alphonse Inoue
After the final day (May 24th), we are planning a small dinner gathering with people who knew him, where we will discuss anecdotes about his life and his creative process. You can also enjoy a special wine prepared in conjunction with this exhibition.
We hope this will be an opportunity for you to gain a deeper understanding of him in conjunction with the exhibition.
(Starting at 6:30 PM / Fee: 6,000 yen)
