NATURA Jin Yamamoto + Hibiki Misao (Poetry)

Along with Yamamoto Jin's silver-tipped paintings on parchment, Mio Hibiki's poetry written on mica is on display.

Silver-tipped paintings are made by layering fine lines on sheepskin with a sharpened silver brush. During the Renaissance, this technique was also used by Leonardo da Vinci and others. Yamamoto Jin researched this technique himself, and in 1999 he released works on parchment. He is known as one of the few silver-tipped painters in Japan.

A collection of his works, "NATURA," was published at the same time.
