Shuji Tateishi Exhibition: "A Natural History on the Table - Towards Mr. Shibusawa"

Shuji Tateishi has created numerous illustrations for fantasy literature, continuously depicting intricate and fantastical worlds. His works, underpinned by exceptional skill and a rich imagination, have captivated many people for many years. This exhibition introduces works created based on the philosophy and aesthetics of Tatsuhiko Shibusawa, which were the source of his creativity and formed the core of his artistic activities, as well as the unconventional literature and fantasy art he encountered through Shibusawa's writings. Approximately 40 works using a variety of techniques, including paintings, pencil drawings, and objects, will be on display.
