EXHIBITION

Takashi Kitami is widely known for his fantastical and mysterious worlds depicted through a variety of techniques, and for his illustrations for books across a wide range of genres.

This exhibition will feature approximately 30 works (paintings, prints, and sculptures) filled with wondrous stories set in fictional worlds, primarily focusing on works based on Maurice Maeterlinck's "The Blue Bird."

This exhibition looks back on the 21st century and beyond work of painter Tetsuo Hayashi, who uses his keen observational skills and outstanding descriptive ability to paint landscapes, still lifes, and portraits.
